Hi everybody,
Amy Petterson has arranged a meeting for us at the Fairmont Hotel with the Catering Director Wayne Harth on Thursday, September 30th at 10am. We will meet him on the 4th floor/catering office. Amy's colleague Kim Mills will be taking her place in her absence. She will be able to answer any of our questions related to the event and the budget for décor.
